Ordering, Downloading, Shipping and Delivery Policies

Absolutebase.com offers two types of images. One is in the format of downloading via internet and the other is that of a single or a set of HD DVD package. All concerned policies for both types are illustrated as follows:

After completing its payment process, our systems will automatically send out an email to promptly inform our URL, the “login” webpage, and give a random key code to the purchasers for images downloading. The image downloading for each purchase order will be limited by 3 times and within 48 hours after completing the ordering process. In addition, there are two types of files to be downloaded. One is an image file with .wmv extension and the other is with .m2ts extension. The former will be taking a shorter period for downloading but a bit lower quality. In contrast, the latter might be taking a longer period for downloading but giving a higher quality. To successfully and absolutely open up Absolutebase.com’s images, all purchasers are recommended to have an appropriate software. In case of not having appropriate software, Absolutebase.com gives its advice to get into the website, named www.free-codecs.com/download/K_lite_codec_pack.htm, and downloading its free software, called K-Lite Codec Pack. In case of having any technical problems, the purchasers can contact our customer relations staffs via email at center@absolutebase.com.

Our images in the format of single and a set of HD DVD images (called “products” herein) in general will be delivered within 24 hours after your payments are verified and approved. In each particular period, we may select only one or more shipping firms to deliver our products. The customer will not be allowed to opt for the shipping firm but the shipping options, being mentioned in the title of “Shipping Timeframe” instead.

Absolutebase.com offers three shipping options of either local or international destinations for any purchasers. Either of them has different criteria in terms of shipping rate and time as follows:

   1.  First priority:       1-3 days delivery
   2.  Second priority:  4-7 days delivery
   3.  Economy:          8-15 days delivery

Any purchasers are independently allowed to select one of the above options to best serve their requirements. This selection shall be offered in our billing information’s webpage. Our systems will automatically calculated the amount of shipping charges and shown in our purchase order form before their decision making whether to buy or not buy our image products.

Absolutebase.com seeks for and recruits the best performance shipping firms to deliver our image products on-time as being committed in regards to our purchasers’ selection. However, in some uncontrollable or unanticipated events, the purchased image products might be delayed. Regarding this case, our customer relations staffs will contact you via email to acknowledge and ask for your decision to continue waiting for their purchased products or making a cancellation upon their purchase order.

Absolutebase.com recruits, assesses and selects any specific shipping firms under its own discretion. All shipping charges will be delicately provided and utmost balanced with their performance.
