General Returns Policy

You may return incorrect and/or unopened single HD DVD or HD DVD set sold and fulfilled by Absolute Base Corporation Limited within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also fully pay the return shipping fees if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Absolute Base Corporation Limited does not accept returns of any download still and motion images.

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

1. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
2. Any item that has obvious signs of use
3. Any single HD DVD and/or HD DVD set that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (However, if you discover that the item is incorrect and/or defective after it is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
4. Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Items that do not meet our full refunds policy will be only receive partial refunds as follows:

1. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery : 80% of selling price
2. Any item that has obvious signs of use : 50% of selling price
3. Any single HD DVD and/or HD DVD set that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (However, if you discover that the item is incorrect and/or defective after it is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.) : 50% of selling price
4. Any item not returned in the condition it was received. : 50% of item's price

If you return only one item from multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you return and not the per-shipment fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of our refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Items that are opened or returned more than 15 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. See our Refunds page for more details. All items that are returned to Absolute Base Corporation Limited are the responsibility of the customer and you wish to send them by registered post. We are not liable for any items that do not reach us.

We do not offer an exchange service on unwanted items. However, if you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact and send all required material and documentation supports as said in the Original Item and Documentation Supports of Returned or Exchanged Item through our Returns Center for a replacement. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process exchanges once they arrive at our Returns Center.

To prevent any delay in items return, you are recommended to keep and deliver the packaging, manual, or other documents and simultaneously, attach us a copy of your purchase order, receipt and/or tax invoice to our Returns Center.
